Definition of terms
1.1.1. PIED-DE-POULE beauty salons website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) is Authorized Employees on the Site Management Acting on behalf of the PIED-DE-POULE beauty salons, who organize and (or)) process the personal data, define the goals of personal data processing that have to be processed, actions (operations) carried out with personal data.

5.4. The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative effects caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obliged:
6.1.1. Provide information on the personal data needed to use the PIED-DE-POULE beauty salons website.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the information provided on personal information in case of change of this information.
6.2. The Site Administration is obliged:
6.2.3. Take measures to protect the Privacy of the User’s personal data in accordance with the order that is commonly used to protect such information in existing business circulation.
6.2.4. To block personal data belonging to the relevant User, from the moment of appeal or request of the User or his or her legal representative, or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or misconduct.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Has become a public property for its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party to the moment of receiving it by the site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
8.1. Before applying to a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the PIED-DE-POULE beauty salons and the Site Administration, it is obligatory to make a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement).
8.2. The claimer of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the applicant in writing the claim of the results of consideration of the claim.
8.3. In case of failure to reach the agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
